Gardening:

Garden Crew Member: Join our fine gardening crew full-time for the upcoming 2026 garden season (early April through mid-November). Our gardeners maintain and enhance existing gardens and install new ones. Responsibilities include weeding, planting/transplanting, pruning, revitalizing neglected gardens, and more.

Garden Crew Lead: responsibilities include the above duties, plus scheduling, planning work flow, and interfacing with clients. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, energetic, reliable, hardworking, have a good knowledge of plants, and gardening experience. Pay is based on experience. 

Landscaper/Lawn Care Crew Members:

We have openings for full-time landscaper/lawn care crew members for the 2026 landscaping season (early April through end of November).

Duties include, but are not limited to, spring/fall clean ups, mowing, string trimming, mulching, planting, pruning, and regular landscape maintenance throughout the season. Ideal candidates have a landscaping/commercial mowing background, attention to detail, fast-paced, positive attitude, strong work ethic, willing to work long days, and a clean driving record. Must be 18+ years of age or older. Pay is based on experience.
